I would highly recommend Dave Zuccaro when looking for assistance with rental properties and/or buying or selling a home. He has been extremely helpful when my husband and I have needed assistance with our rental apartment. In one instance, we were dealing with a tenant who had violated our lease in numerous ways, including extensively damaging our apartment. Another time, we sought Dave's professional advice when we needed to find a new tenant for our apartment quickly. Our tenant at the time decided to break his 1-year lease and move out early. We needed to know our legal parameters related to finding a sublet and possibly withholding security deposits. Dave knows and understands the laws and procedures related to rental properties thoroughly. When I've asked him a question, he has had an answer at the ready or he finds it in a very timely fashion. Furthermore, Dave knows a lot of people within the construction, independent contractor, and real estate industries, and he is always networking to make more connections. Just recently, he was able to consult with his attorney for me on a matter involving a security deposit (I had not asked him to do so. He called me a few days later with some really helpful information!). Dave has a unique combination of relevant experience to make him truly a dynamic real estate agent! He is very knowledgeable about building materials, how homes are made today as well as historically, and safety codes for residential and commercial buildings. In addition, he is a homeowner and rental property owner. Dave is an upstanding guy who demonstrates a high moral standard within the industry of real estate. He is personable and easy to talk to. He is dependable and timely with communication, organized and able to multitask, and professional.
