We visited Silver City, NM for many years, and watched the real estate market there for several years prior to aEURoegetting seriousaEUR? about relocating there. This was fairly daunting, as we have lived in our current home for thirty years in Northern California and knew no one in Silver. You may be experiencing similar feelings if you are currently thinking of moving there and are reading these reviews, especially during a pandemic. Like you, we looked at reviews of local realtors. Many were positive, but one review stood out: Sam Castello of Hacienda Realty. It was written by a couple who had lost their home to wildland fire in Paradise, California and were moving to Silver. They spoke in extremely positive terms about Sam, so we called him. We knew from our initial conversation that we had found the right person to guide us through this process. He immediately aEURoegotaEUR? what we were looking for, and we fell in love with the second property he suggested, purchasing it immediately. Sam is engaging while also being the consummate professional, responding to our endless emails and attending to a myriad of details, giving us a aEURoeheads upaEUR? as to upcoming things to prepare for, how to transfer the utilities, title company requirements, etc. He is an amazing resource. Due to Covid-19, Sam performed an extensive remote private video walkthrough for us and, at all stages of the process, made us feel well-attended to and confident in his counsel, even though we had never met. If we had a question, Sam consistently replied with the answer. As a result of his positive attitude and industry expertise, we were essentially able to purchase our home aEURoeonlineaEUR?.We recently closed on our new home and are excited to live in Silver.
