Greenberg Realty

Blake helped me buy my first home and I couldn't have done it without him. He walked us through every step of the process with professionalism and patience. Blake and his team were there to help us navigate a competitive and fast paced market as well as to fight for our best interest every step of the way. Blake has now helped every member of my family buy a home and there is nobody in the Grand Forks area I would recommend above him.

Blake was who we needed. He gave us a list of things we needed to address before listing the house for sale and gave decisive advice along the way. He was great to work with during negotiations and I feel we couldn't of found anyone better than Blake. Truly master in his field.

Blake was very helpful in finding a lake home for house. Was also knowledgeable with contacts around the area. Great advise with things you would overlook on owning a lake property.

Zach was an amazing realtor and I highly recommend him!He is personable, professional, and genuinely cares about his clients. He was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable about the area, and really listened to what we were looking for in a home. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process, including following up with our lender and catching a mistake that could have delayed our closing by a few weeks. Because of his attention to detail and persistence, he was able to help keep everything on track and get us to closing on time. Even after closing, he checked in with us several times to make sure everything was going well. That level of care really stood out to us. Phenomenal realtor! We would absolutely use Zach again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home! Thank you Zach!
