ReviewNick works very hard for the people he is helping, he knows his business, communicates very well, is professional and an overall upstanding and good hearted person. On my trip out to North Dakota, it was an 80 degree day, but it felt oddly cool with a nice breeze. The airport was small, but well maintained and organized. I ordered a Lyft, and was taken to my hotel by a wonderful lady, who was very helpful in telling me more about the area.After I arrived, checked in, and unpacked a little, I set up some times to check out some properties, with Nick. He had contacted several of the sellers and sellers agents, in the mean time, and made even more arrangements to see numerous properties in the area.By the time I had left North Dakota, I had been shown at least 10 properties, and put in an offer on one.Unfortunately, the one I put an offer on was pulled from the market, after being up for over a year, for reasons not important to this story. Needless to say, but Nick did not give up, he came up with several more listings, had me sort through the ones I preferred, and recorded walkthroughs of each one, being very detailed in every aspect a buyer could want. How old the furnace, AC, and water heater was, if it was visible. Feel of the interior and exterior, rough sizes of the rooms, if they were "good sized" or "a little small" and things like that.After the first set of video walkthroughs, when I had chosen one of the several, he did a live video walkthrough with me, so I could ask even more questions if I had any. He then got me the disclosure with property details, as I was ready to make an offer. There is so much more that I could put in this review, but it's already longer than a military citation for valor, above and beyond the call of duty.
