He checked over the house a couple of times to give us feedback on the work we were doing to get the house ready for sale. He gave us a few helpful recommendations that allowed us to fix a couple of things that could have presented themselves during an inspection (peeling paint, tree trimming). However, Blake has always been very open to my preferences, quick to engage with me and the other realtors involved, and has never made me feel pressured or like I was wasting my time (or his). He is quick to respond to any questions or concerns I have, and follows up with me appropriately. I truly appreciated his expertise as well as his honest and open communication with me. He made me feel respected and appreciated even after the closing and everything was said and done. The fact that he gifted me Power Plates at the closing appointment knowing I'm on the road a lot as a travel nurse speaks volumes about his persona. ZillowVERIFIED Blake's a great doobie who helped me find an incredible house. I was moving around a lot with the military so he had to do all of the ground work. He's a local guy who's been doing it a long time. He knows the area. He is very responsive. I was initially linked up with him through Veterans United but then switched to a better military credit union for a significantly better rate, but I was able to keep working with Blake. We bounced around between houses and the VA tripped us up with closing on one, coming in with a really low appraisal for some reason. It worked out though because the seller wouldn't meet us there and a much better place opened up right on schedule. We put in an offer the same day it opened on the market and beat everyone else to it, since we already had a system in place. It worked out very well. His colleague Nick Walker also helped out quite a bit at the end and was also great. 10/10.

My husband and I had an idea of how much square footage we wanted and Blake was happy to show us homes that fell into that category, but also encouraged us to look at some larger homes. After we toured a few homes of various sizes we agreed with Blake that we needed more square footage than we initially thought. Once we found a house that we loved the process was very easy. I felt like there was a lot of "behind the scenes" work and my husband and I basically just had to wait for things to fall into place.
