Denise was amazing helping us find a new home from out of state! She shared listings with us and planned out showings prior to our house hunting visit. With the limiting time in town, she was able to show us everything on our list and more! She also shared local information and restaurant recommendations. She worked hard and partnered us up with a great broker to get the deal made and secure our dream house. When i started looking to buy a home, i had 3 priorities. Decent house, safe neighborhood, and to close on the house as soon as possible. We were looking to close quick and fast . In looking for all this,I had the honor of meeting and working with Denise Tiedemann. She stayed on top of things and made sure everything went smoothly. She also remained in close contact with the seller agent to make sure all legalities are in order. Most importantly for me, she communicated effectively. At no point along the way did I feel lost or didnt understand something. A few repairs had to be made to the house, but even with that, from picking the house to moving in, it took less then 2 months. 10/10 would recommend??
