Graf Home Selling Team

As a first time home buyer Denise made the process as simple and easy as it could be. She was very informative, helpful and kind. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the area!

Denise was an amazing realtor who helped us find our dream house. She answered all our questions and made us feel at ease through the whole process. Her personality and friendliness also made us look forward to moving to Iowa and meeting wonderful people like her. Thank you, Graf Real Estate. I will recommend your team and Denise Tiedemann to anyone looking to purchase a new home.

When i started looking to buy a home, i had 3 priorities. Decent house, safe neighborhood, and to close on the house as soon as possible. We were looking to close quick and fast . In looking for all this,I had the honor of meeting and working with Denise Tiedemann. She stayed on top of things and made sure everything went smoothly. She also remained in close contact with the seller agent to make sure all legalities are in order. Most importantly for me, she communicated effectively. At no point along the way did I feel lost or didnt understand something. A few repairs had to be made to the house, but even with that, from picking the house to moving in, it took less then 2 months. 10/10 would recommend??

Denise help me find exactly what my family needed. She was always responsive to the different queries we had and her community and process knowledge made things even easier. We needed to find and close on a property within a month and Denise made it happen. Thank you Denise for everything and I hope to make business with you in the near future again.

Denise is an absolute joy to work with, and she truly does work day and night to find you, your dream home. She listened to everything I wanted and found it in the price range I was looking for. And if the review isn't good enough, this is the second home I thought bought from Denise. I appreciated her that much.
