In looking for all this,I had the honor of meeting and working with Denise Tiedemann. She stayed on top of things and made sure everything went smoothly. She also remained in close contact with the seller agent to make sure all legalities are in order. Most importantly for me, she communicated effectively. At no point along the way did I feel lost or didnt understand something. A few repairs had to be made to the house, but even with that, from picking the house to moving in, it took less then 2 months. 10/10 would recommend??
