About a decade ago my wife and I fell in love with the 1000 Islands. A few years ago, we decided to try to find a house there, so we started looking on the internet. We used Zillow, but we also used the Garlock Realty website, which we thought was the best among area brokers for property searching. Eventually we found a few properties that we wanted to see, and we reached out to Mr. Garlock to show them to us. Although we did not place a bid on any of those initial properties, we were very glad to meet Mr. Garlock. We were highly impressed by his encyclopedic knowledge of the 1000 Islands real estate market, and we also loved his friendly and personable demeanor. We also appreciated that he took the time to really understand the precise type of property we were looking for. From that day forward, Mr. Garlock sent us a number of well-tailored properties, and a few months later we came back (we lived 3 hours away) and visited half a dozen houses and lots. We fell in love with one of them, and quickly made a bid that was accepted. Until the closing, Mr. Garlock did a wonderful job of assisting us with all of the paperwork. He was efficient and cost-conscious. We could not be happier with our entire experience with Mr. Garlock. We have recommended, and continue to recommend, Mr. Garlock to everyone we know who is interested in 1000 Islands real estate. We believe that Mr. Garlock is the best realtor in the 100o Islands, case closed!
