GAIN Realty

My husband and I would not hesitate to recommend Valerie to anyone looking to buy and/or sell any real estate. We were thoroughly pleased with her services. Valerie is not only professional, but she was always kind, caring and very responsive to our needs. She stepped up in so many ways going "above and beyond" to attend to every detail connected with our efforts to sell our home. Valerie went so far as to stay involved, and in touch, during a vacation out of the country. Very impressive! The icing on the cake was negotiating a deal that resulted in selling our home for the listed price. Needless to say, we were totally satisfied.

The best words I can use to describe Eric is diligent, punctual, conscientious, detail orientated, persevering, tireless, patient, helpful, intuitive...did I mention patient? This was a long haul compounded by this virus that turned everything normal completely upside down, but Eric was a beacon and never wavered in his effort to help me find my Moms forever home. Months of meeting us to different sites, enduring all kinds of conditions only to be told no, over and over. He consistently provided us with reliable resources and was instrumental in making arrangements for us to have qualified inspectors and journeymen facilitate the required investigations that were needed for us to make a sound decision and all with a smile. Right down to the closing, furnishing me with all the necessary documents, names and numbers of the utility companies we needed to solicit and secure for the next phase of me helping my Mom moving in. You will truly be in the best care.

Valerie was extremely helpful in assisting my husband and I with purchasing our first home. Valerie had our interests in mind as she showed us houses, and her expertise in scouting the best fit for us lead us to find and close on our dream home in only a few months! From the beginning to the end of the process she provided advice and help and made every step of the way stress free. Even after closing on our home Valerie is still ensuring our needs are met, helping to guide us with adjusting to our first house and providing useful contacts. Valerie went above and beyond for us - she was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend her!

Eric was an awesome agent. This is the second time I?ve worked with Eric and he delivered again. He made the selling process so easy. I hardly had to think about anything. I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy. Thank you so much for all your help!
