Valerie is not only professional, but she was always kind, caring and very responsive to our needs. She stepped up in so many ways going "above and beyond" to attend to every detail connected with our efforts to sell our home. Valerie went so far as to stay involved, and in touch, during a vacation out of the country. Very impressive! As a first time home buyer (now owner), I knew nothing about buying a home & the process of getting one. Valerie helped me so much with everything. Valerie Foster new exactly what kind of house I needed and she set out to find it for me. She took the time to look and find me that perfect home even though I did not have a very big budget to work with. I worked with other agents before Valerie and I always felt neglected because of my small budget. I always felt that people with more money to spend got priority over me and that made me feel very insignificant. With Valerie it was different. She set out to find that perfect house for me inspite of my budget constraints. She allotted me a much time as she did her other clients. I never felt neglected. Sometimes I would get very depressed because I thought I would never get a house for what I was qualified for, but Valerie would always be there to cheer me up and let me know that it was going to happen with time. And when it did happen, it was like a masterpiece. She negotiated her butt off! The cost of the house that I eventually got was twenty thousand dollars more than what I was qualified for but she worked her magic and I got the house. THANKS TO VALERIE, TODAY I AM IN MY NEW HOME!! I am a single woman who needed a home, and I honestly think that God placed Valerie in my path to help me to achieve that goal. Valerie Foster is more than my real estate agent, She is my angel!!!

Valerie was very professional, but also warm and friendly. It took several months to find our "dream" home and Valerie was extremely patient with us. She continuously found homes that might be suitable and showed us every single house until we found what we wanted!
