He helped us negotiate to our price and then some! While we were in contingent, our original lender fell through, but luckily with Erics connections, we found a lender that was able to get us pushed through! Eric was always very responsive and knew the answer to every question. A true professional and the best realtor in West Virginia. ZillowVERIFIED when i first meet with him he was willing to show a property even though i didn't have a approved letter. when 15 others wouldn't even tell me about a listing unless i had the letter first.looked at a bunch of homes. found one and he recommended a separate inspection clause in the offer. good thing he did. needed new roof, fore damage on one side 1/2 electrical was not working. then we found this one. he didn't like that it just fell out of contract ( a bad sign) but its what me and the mrs wanted. went through a hell of a contract. everyone was patient, nice to deal with. always answered my messages quickly. extension after extension ( due to seller) when we were done everyone was satisfied. great guy. professional. would i use him again most definitely.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I had just got preapproved to purchase our first home and Eric was suggested to us by our loan officer. I contacted Eric, very friendly and down to earth. I told him what our property expectations were and he sent me a list within an hour to review homes that matched our criteria. We decided we wanted to look at all the homes on the list and he made appointments for every home at our earliest convenience (within a day or 2). We fell in love with the last house that we viewed and decided to think about it over night. The next day we wanted to look at it again, a more thorough inspection, he obliged and was prompt every time we needed to meet. After we looked over the house again we decided we wanted to put an offer in with certain conditions. The offer was sent in that night and the next day we were contacted about a counter offer. All of our conditions were met with no hassle and frustration. If we had a question it was answered. With Eric at the helm of our home buying experience it was a painless and quick process. So quick and painless it was surreal that it was happening!

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommended Eric as a realtor. The first realtor that I was working with not only didn't listen to what I was saying but wasn't really investing anytime with me. That is how I found Eric, I found a house that I really wanted to look at but my realtor had no time to show it. Eric was the listed realtor so I called him. He met me that day showed my his listing (which I loved), but he also listened to what I was looking for. I actually put an offer on the house that night and from that moment on Eric stayed in contact with me and helped my every step of the way. Nothing was ever overlooked, he made me aware of everything that needed to be done and he and his people worked with my limited time schedule. I have bought and sold several houses over the last 20 years and I have never had a realtor as nice and caring as Eric is.
