Rich stood out to me because of his vow to support Veterans. I am a Purple Heart recipient and Disabled Veteran, so the veteran support he promised was vital. Rich doesn't know this but.... I actually chose him instead of a very close friend whom I had previously intended to use as an agent. It only took Rich 2 brief conversations to convince me of his Real-estate knowledge, experience, and skills.
