Five Star Real Estate

Ethan is a fantastic agent, goes above and beyond to help with everything.. especially if you are buying remotely.. he organized bids for work to be done on property that we were buying. Made sure everything was above board, all with a fantastic positive attitude... I also used him to sell my property, when my husband passed unexpectedly.. and again he went above and beyond, helping me navigate the sale of my home ... thank you again Ethan ...

David did a great job helping me find my house! As a first time home buyer, the process can be intimidating, but David connected me with a lender and an inspector, and gave me good guidance on putting together a winning offer in a competitive market.

We have had the privilege of working with David Bultman twice now and dont know how we would have navigated this competitive market without him. He never rushed us, took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, and toured multiple homes with us until we found the perfect fit. His local knowledge and network of trusted inspectors/lenders were invaluable. He also provided sharp, data-driven insights that helped us sell our first home at a great price. Any future real estate needs will definitely go through him.

David has provided exceptional assistance in our search for a suitable house that meets our requirements. He has consistently demonstrated a willingness to offer guidance and provide prompt and comprehensive explanations. I am thoroughly satisfied with our collaboration.

He did a great job helping us find a new home and sell our two homes before we got married. Helped us during a difficult time to sell right around the holidays but made everything work out!
