Ethan is a fantastic agent, goes above and beyond to help with everything.. especially if you are buying remotely.. he organized bids for work to be done on property that we were buying. Made sure everything was above board, all with a fantastic positive attitude... I also used him to sell my property, when my husband passed unexpectedly.. and again he went above and beyond, helping me navigate the sale of my home ... thank you again Ethan ...

Ethan is hands down one of the hardest-working people I?ve ever met. He didn?t just get the job done? he went above and beyond, always advocating for us?every step of the way (while also answering my millions of questions, lol). He was the one who introduced us to Randy Creed with VanDyk, recommended and scheduled inspectors and insurance agents on our behalf, and helped us build the dream team from the start. The rockstars who work in the background for Terry Puffer Real Estate truly blow my mind. This experience was well-rounded and pretty incredible. Special shoutout to Randy and his team (especially Angela!) for all the work they did behind the scenes. But none of this would?ve happened without Ethan setting everything in motion. I highly recommend Ethan for any real estate needs. He helped us sell our fixer-upper with a cash offer accepted in under 24 hours AND closed in JUST 11 days. Immediately after (somewhat during), he jumped right in to help us find our next home?no delay, no stress. What?s usually a daunting process felt smooth and supported from start to finish. We listed on May 9 and closed on our new home by June 30. Thats just over a month!! I truly can?t express enough how thankful I am for Ethan and everyone he brought into the fold to make this happen. Thank you for taking our crazy, somewhat impulsive, and courageous idea seriously and jumping right in from the beginning. This is your calling, Ethan. Keep at it, and continue saving people from bad deals and the scary unknowns that come along with selling/buying a house. You rock! Thanks again!

Ethan helped me buy my first home and made it a very easy and as stressless as possible process. He answered every question I had to the best of his ability and if he didnt know the answer he would find out and get bacl to me as soon as possible. He was very knowledgeable about a lot of things even outside the realm of a realtor.
