Review We have had the privilege of working with David Bultman twice now and dont know how we would have navigated this competitive market without him. He never rushed us, took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, and toured multiple homes with us until we found the perfect fit. His local knowledge and network of trusted inspectors/lenders were invaluable. He also provided sharp, data-driven insights that helped us sell our first home at a great price. Any future real estate needs will definitely go through him.

Review David did a great job helping me find my house! As a first time home buyer, the process can be intimidating, but David connected me with a lender and an inspector, and gave me good guidance on putting together a winning offer in a competitive market.

Review Dave Geurink is an exceptional Realtor! He was referred to me by a trusted and close friend. Dave did such a good job for my friend, that he invited Dave to his wedding! My buddy vouched for Dave, and so do I. He values integrity, and will always give you his honest and expert opinion on whether he would recommend a home. Dave made my home buying process smooth, fun, and insightful. If you need a realtor, Dave is your guy.

Review I was given David's name by a friend who spoke very highly of him. I was a first time home buyer and was looking for someone to trust and who would speak honestly with me. We met David and he exceeded every expectation. He spoke honestly with us and he was incredibly helpful. He communicated well, was readily available and fought for us. I could not endorse David any more. If you are looking for a GREAT realtor - you have found him.

Review David did a great job as our buyer's agent. He looked for things (good and bad) and gave us great advice. He was always available and even when we were out of state, planning our move back to Michigan.

Review David came highly recommended to us because of his reputation for his strong work ethic. He helped us sell our fathers house from afar, making this difficult transition much smoother than it could have been. He was very helpful and always took my calls, whether it was a convenient time for him or not, and not once did he make me feel like I was bothering him when I did this.

Review David was prompt and responsive. He did not suggest a home warranty and his recommended inspectors, etc, missed thousands of dollars worth of issues. He also made and agreement with the seller, without consent of the buyer, that they come to the house after the final closing of the sale, to grab things that should have read been removed prior to closing.I will not use David again.

Review He knows his stuff! Any time we had a question or weren't sure what to do, he helped get us pointed in the right direction. We had struggled with a listing price because we had little to no comps in our area. Having David's experience, knowhow, and guidance was what sold or home. He is professional and will listen to your wants and needs. I would recommend David to anyone buying or selling.

Review From beginning till end...and even beyond this guy is head and shoulders above any other realtor I've worked with and I've worked with a lot in three different states! He answered every call, set up every showing, and honestly was more responsive than other realtors. We are not easy clients as our needs and ideas kept changing along with possible locations. Once we settled on a home David continued to show his expertise in helping us negotiate an offer as well as through the subsequent issues found during home inspections. The stress of finding our intended home didn't appraise at the value we offered was totally eliminated through Daves skillful negotiations. Once paperwork was done David provided us with a list of utilities along with phone numbers needed. I am so impressed!! I would never want to use anyone else to buy or sell!

Review David went out of his way to help me with my first home buying experience. This man is sincere in his love for his job, as well as his respect for his clients. Having him as my realtor was one of the best decisions I have ever made. He truly bent over backwards for me and has solidified his place as my realtor now, and in the future, and the man I will recommend to everyone I know. I am beyond thankful that I had the privilege to work with this man.

Review David was amazing at being an advocate for us as home buyers- and sellers. He was helpful in all phases of the home buying process and made sure we were informed at all times. He never tried to persuade us towards things that he wanted and always had our best interests in mind. I would recommend David to anyone looking to buy or sell a home (and have done so personally with some of our friends who are looking in to new homes).
