Megan Behan came into our lives at the perfect time! We won't burden with details, but at the same moment we were beginning this adventure into the sell of our home we were faced with a very difficult situation. Megan literally stepped by our side and, rather than focusing on pushinh to get the house on the market and the money, she focused on my family and our needs. Her compassion, concern and thoughtfulness were worth more than I could ever express. When we were able to refocus, Megan was right there to offer assistance, guidance and a plethora of knowledge. She understood the area and the market, which helped us tremendously when it came to the most important part-- pricing. Her guidance did not stop there, she assisted with giving input to ensure we set the house to show well. When it came to understanding the offers and sifting through them, she explained all aspects of each offer and helped us to break them down and compare them. She truly is thorough. Her team, well, they are top notch. They support one another and it shows. They all work as a very well oiled machine. What we appreciated through the entire experience was that Megan and her team were not focused on making the money, but being quality realtor team.
