I never had the privilege of meeting Joette, but I hope to some day. She is an extraordinary person, a consummate professional and extremely knowledgeable about all things real estate. I met her because my daughter, Ali, and her brother, Justin, and their two cousins inherited a ranch in Colorado from their grandmother. Justin first reached out to Joette on 3/7/18. She tirelessly and happily worked with us to get the ranch sold long before we signed a listing contract with her. Once we did sign, on 12/14/19, (subtract a little time because of the holidays) she had an offer on 1/9/20 and the property closed on 2/13/20. The property was a challenging sale, to say the least, since it was in a state of dilapidation because of neglect for many years. She knew just what to do to bring it up to snuff. She gave me vendors to call to get work done so we could make the property marketable. Everyone I spoke to knew her or knew of her and had nothing but good things to say about her. I cannot say enough about how pleasurable and easy she made this experience for me, the attorney-in-fact for the cousins. She is extremely responsive and has a can do attitude. I wish every realtor had the work ethic and kind manner that Joette has. In summary, she worked with us for almost 2 years and she worked just as hard before we signed the agreement as she did after. If Joette is your realtor, you will be one happy client, guaranteed.

We had the great pleasure of working with Joette Schalla for both the buying of our new home and the selling of our old home. Joette was very professional throughout the process and did an amazing job of keeping us updated and positive regarding the various delays and/or unexpected things that came up due to the Spring Fire and Lender issues. We had initially phoned Joette on New Years day in the early morning and she was still more than willing to help out, even on a holiday! She answered her phone unlike other realtors we phoned that morning. Joette listened and asked questions to understand what we wanted. Her knowledge of the region helped narrow our search area. After viewing a couple homes with Joette, she made observations about what she perceived we liked and did not like. Joette learned what features mattered to us and then applied her expertise to search for such properties. She made sure we saw a range so that we did not "miss" something. She saved us time by listening to what our needs were and then finding homes that fit us. I can't thank her enough for helping us find out dream home.
