We got a lowball offer on the first day and Brian recommended that we counter with a full price offer. We did and they countered again with an acceptable offer, but we decided to go with a full price offer. We felt the lowballer was a flipper or going to rent it out. I think we did the best for ourselves and the neighborhood. 4th house weve sold and the best experience by far.
