As a first time home buyer, Drake made the process so easy! He took the extra time to explain all of the paperwork in layman's terms which I really appreciated. He made sure I was getting the best deal possible and pushed for repairs. He made it a point to tell me if something couldn't get fixed by the seller then he would help me figure it out. And he did! The seller would not pay to get the dryer vented so Drake and the seller's realtor paid for me to get it vented. He was so great to work with!

Drake was incredibly well-informed and guided me confidently through every step of purchasing my townhome. He was always quick to reply, patiently addressed all of my questions (and I had a lot!), and went above and beyond by pointing me toward excellent resources that answered questions I didnt even know I had yet. Highly recommend!
