DaRhonda is a skilled agent with extensive knowledge of the local area, knowledge of rules and regulations with great communication skills and responsiveness. I used DaRhonda as a Buyer and Seller agent. Although I did not secure a home for purchase, we were able to sell my current home during a time when the market is shifting (to a buyer market). Before selecting DaRhonda I researched local realtors reading reviews, and even reviewing current and past listings. What stood out for me from reviews was her vast experience of the local area and willingness to educate the buyer/seller. I have bought/sold many homes and wanted to find a generational home or an unconventional space. DaRhonda walked me through the buying and selling process at my pace (no holding me back or delaying the process). She was calm and communicated efficiently. Even going directly to a broker in one instance when a realtor dropped the ball during due diligence period.
