ZillowVERIFIED DaRhonda is a skilled agent with extensive knowledge of the local area, knowledge of rules and regulations with great communication skills and responsiveness. I used DaRhonda as a Buyer and Seller agent. Although I did not secure a home for purchase, we were able to sell my current home during a time when the market is shifting (to a buyer market). Before selecting DaRhonda I researched local realtors reading reviews, and even reviewing current and past listings. What stood out for me from reviews was her vast experience of the local area and willingness to educate the buyer/seller. I have bought/sold many homes and wanted to find a generational home or an unconventional space. DaRhonda walked me through the buying and selling process at my pace (no holding me back or delaying the process). She was calm and communicated efficiently. We encountered a number of issues with other realtors that required research and contract changes. She kept me calm and walked me through every step. She was patient with answering my many questions. When research was needed DaRhonda provided material within the same day and followed up by phone/email to inquire questions. When negotiation was needed she advocated for me and represented me as I would have myself. Even going directly to a broker in one instance when a realtor dropped the ball during due diligence period. When open house was needed she was prepared, pleasant with potential buyers and marketed using various marketing streams (online, signs, outreach list etc.) I would highly recommend DaRhonda Morgan and would use her in the future.

She was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with us, from the purchasing of the land to the purchase and construction of our new house. I wish I could find some criticism to help her better herself in her career, but I honestly cant think of anything that she could have done differently or better for me. She was simply amazing. I wasn?t entirely sure what the process would entail and how much work it would take, but, Ms. Morgan was VERY informative and you could tell right off the bat that she knew her career and had our best interests in mind. The transition was smooth from my apartment to my new house and if I needed help or answers, Ms.Morgan pointed me right to the answer and provided trustworthy people available when I needed help. I?m very confident in using her and have already recommended her to several friends and will continue to do so. She was able to answer all my questions if she didnt have the answer she would find out whatever I needed to know. Nobody is perfect but she was the perfect person to satisfy me and help me make the right choice. I actually learned a lot with buying a house with her because she told me the positive and negative side of things so that I could weigh my options. In the end I have a brand new affordable house fit for my twins and I and I will forever and always be grateful. She also doesnt just end the working relationship at closing she calls to make sure everything is going right and willing to help with any problems or concern. She helped me 2019-2020 with 6 months of getting my own built, buying a house is trial and error and takes patience but one thing DaRhonda didnt do was give up on me. I closed February 2020 with the biggest smile!
