ZillowVERIFIED Patrick is the G.O.A.T.! He is amazing at what he does, and any time I was stressed or unsure about what to do, he was always there to help and provide support. When we checked out homes to buy, he was always incredibly observant of potential issues with the home, such as potential settling or support issues, checking out the moisture barrier in the crawl space, cracks in the walls, you name it. He was also very helpful with the negotiation process as well as searching for services such as a home warranty, discussing insurance policies, etc. If you have Patrick on your side, he will do his best to ensure you are not taken advantage of. I cannot reccomend him enough.

Patrick was a referral from my buyers agent. He came to my Charlotte residence and discussed all my options with me. He hired a professional photographer to take photos for the listing. My home went on the market Memorial Day weekend. 31 showings and 8 offers later, I accepted an offer on Memorial Day around noon. He set up all the appointments for inspections, met with contractors, and explained every thing in detail. Patrick made sure things were progressing as they should, repairs, etc. He worked with the mortgage company and the seller to make sure closing went through when it was supposed to. We have referred friends and family to him as well.
