I can't say enough good things about Courtney. I've bought and sold houses in the past and working with Courtney was the best experience I've had with a realtor, by far. Courtney was on top of every aspect of the purchase of our home from day 1. We had a new construction built so we had several meetings with the builders at various stages of the process. Courtney was present at every meeting asking questions and taking notes so when we had questions, she had the answers. If she didn't. she would get the answer right away.
