Communication and trustworthiness are much more important in my mind, and Jeremy exemplifies both qualities. He was in constant (but not overwhelming) communication with us throughout, making sure we were kept updated and understood the process and the pros/cons of each decision we had to make. Jeremy turned out to be a quick study because the process went very smoothly, all the paperwork was correct, and our bid was accepted without issue by HUD. All of this was after shoping for homes with Jeremy for about five months, so we also appreciated his patience with us on our first time buying a home. We plan to use Jeremy again when the time comes to upgrade into a larger house.
