Nick Wong was great to work with from contract to close! When my wife and I began shopping for our first home, Nick quickly came up with a list of homes to tour including a lot of new builds which we more interested in. We were only available on certain weekends, and Nick accommodated, planned and mapped out day our which proved to be efficient, saving us gas and money. One Saturday, Nick brought us to view 4 or 5 different builders. On our final tour of the day, we loved the builder. As fate would have it, someone backed out of a premium corner lot earlier that day. My wife and I jumped right on it, and we were in contract before we left!Throughout the building process, we encountered many delays during the COVID shortages and longshoreman strikes. He was very responsive and helped us smooth things over with our lender as we approached the end of our preapproval, and the house wasn't completed. While my wife and I were stressed out, Nick was very helpful during the entire process and assured us everything would be alright. On closing day, Nick surprised us with the red bow treatment! He was there throughout the closing process and even gave us our first housewarming present!Nick was thorough, efficient, responsive, and supportive every step of the way! Thank you for a great experience!

TL;DR: If you're looking for realtors who go above and beyond, Randy and Vinh got your back. They're extremely knowledgable about the market, neighborhoods, and home buying process. Our home purchase came with unexpected turns and they were able to help us navigate through it all. They will likely be our relators for life. :)Home Search: We went into our home search not very sure of what we wanted in our future home. It took visiting a handful of homes to figure out for certain what we absolutely had to have and what things were dealbreakers. Randy and Vinh were patient with us the entire time and encouraged us to see the places to learn our likes and dislikes. When we visited the homes, they immediately called out potential flags or issues to take into account when we consider the home (e.g. - cracks in pavement, tree roots, rotting eaves, etc.).Selecting purchase price: Randy and Vinh were PHENOMENAL when it came to research. For every home you're ready to put an offer in on, they were prepared with market data and comparables to help you decide your purchase price. They were also very knowledgable about the different types of tactics sellers and agents use and provide advice on the best way to make your offer competitive (e.g. - rent back or pre-emptive offers).Lenders and Sellers: This is where our home purchase plans hit a snag and where Randy and Vinh's negotiation tactics helped us out. Our lender didn't disclose that we needed a secondary appraisal until our planned closing day which caused us to need an extension. Randy helped negotiate with our lender to agree to cover the principal and interest for our seller to keep our deal intact and also pay for the secondary appraisal as it wasn't disclosed to us. As part of the closing process, when we did the walkthrough after the sellers moved out, Vinh noticed that the Ring Doorbell and installed wall lamps were missing and worked with the sellers to get those back for us. Randy and Vinh really helped protect us and kept our best interest in mind.Overall: Randy and Vinh are one of the best realtor teams out there! They walked us through every step of the purchase process and truly kept our best interests in mind. They didn't want us to settle on a home, but find one that we were in love with. We closed on our forever home today and we couldn't be more thrilled! I HIGHLY recommend working with Randy and Vinh for any of your real estate needs. :)

(Amanda) My husband and I just moved to California for work and wanted to buy a home. We landed in one of the most expensive and competitive housing markets. We had done only minimal research and did not know what to expect. Thankfully we met Fernando. From the first meeting, Fernando was open and answered all of our questions without pressuring us to make a choice. When we started touring homes Fernando would hang back and let us see the place and lead the experience through our own eyes. That was so helpful because we did not want to feel pressured to buy if we didn't like a place. By letting us explore while being there to answer questions, Fernando gave us the chance to discover what we were looking for and find the perfect home for us. Above all, Fernando was always quick and open with communication. If some issue came up during the process, he helped us figure it out by being easy to contact and responding quickly and honestly. I would work with him again.. We are really thankful to have met Fernando! (Gyuho) If buying (or selling) a home is an equation, I think he understands that this equation has many variables. I think he understands how each variables are correlated and knows how to find an optimized solution. During the entire process, he really cared about us and always found ways to overcome the situations that occurred unexpectedly. I am glad that I met such an experienced, caring, and brilliant professional in this journey to my dream home.
