Margie is tremendously knowledgeable about real estate. First, she built a rapport with me to evaluate what my needs and wants were in reference to purchasing a home. She went out with me two to three times a week . She was consistent and never concerned about distance or the number of places we searched. She was knowledgeable about the location and the resale value of property in those areas. She was patient and not pushy. Margie wanted to make sure that I would be happy with my purchase. I highly recommend her if you are a first time buyer because she gives you information to consider about the property that you would not think about because you've never had a home. Her knowledge was paramount in the decision making process. I purchased my home 3 years ago and Margie is still a point of reference regarding things I need assistance with or don't know in reference to upkeep or general information about my homeowners association .
