Reecer Properties has a unique, team-based method when working with clients. By having staff dedicated to different areas of the home buying process, they are able to tailor client needs with the person best suited for that step in the process. We are completely new to the Fort Wayne area, and although we had an idea where we wanted to look for a house, we were not familiar with the amenities of each area. The Reecer team helped us by having two realtors with us, allowing us to better understand the nuances of the different areas we were visiting. Another advantage to this system is when one realtor was unavailable/out of town, another was able to step in and work with us seamlessly and efficiently. Even after our offer was accepted and we were preparing to move, Jeana was checking in with us to make sure we had the information and resources needed for a smooth move. She helped us hire a carpet cleaning company, and even went to the house during the cleaning to make sure the job was being done correctly. This was key, as we were still living out of town at the time.I highly recommend Reecer properties, and would highly recommend Jeana as someone to work with during the home buying process.
