Ted is a great agent! Very responsive, very professional, knows the market very well. This is our second buy and sell transaction with Ted, and would definitely go with him again and recommend him. We have also had some situations where we were looking and considering buying and selling, but didnt, and he was never pushy always more concerned about us being happy with what our decisions are over the last 10 years. Ted was amazing. My wife and I were scouting out areas in Sacramento. We were having to relocate from Fresno so we only had a day to drive around and look at houses. We had originally had an agent that didnt quite take us seriously and was just showing us homes that we had no interest in. Ted had a listing so we called him up. We explained that we had to get back to Fresno. He was an hour way with his family took the time to detour and show us the houseaEUR| That is amazing customer service. We put an offer on it that night and now were in the house. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area and all the unique architecture he has a great network of people that can help from roofing, plumbing anything you can think of.
