We had originally had an agent that didnt quite take us seriously and was just showing us homes that we had no interest in. Ted had a listing so we called him up. I am now having to file a complaint with the State of California Dept. Of Real Estate. Next i will have to take the sellers to court to recover damages. He physically helped with these upgrades and removed trellis that buyer did not want. Ultimately, these upgrades increased our sold price $30k over other realtors suggested listing price. We went into escrow and closed in less than 3 weeks.

After hearing about my experiences with Ted, my cousin, visiting from the east coast, finally got to meet him. Her comment was, "I wish that I were moving to Sacramento so that I could buy a home here and work with Ted." This comment came from the very reserved matriarch of our family.Ted responds quickly, if he doesnt have the answer, he gets it. He listens to your aEURoewish list,aEUR? takes it seriously and takes time to breakdown terms and concepts. In the midst of our search, I started to have some knee problems, which turned my list upside down. No problem- he changed his focus and delivered.This is the fifth property that I have purchased in the area. I have never before had an agent who helps box and move excess clutter. I also appreciated that he gave me a tour of the neighborhood and showed us where some great ethnic restaurants are (my wife and I are both foodies). Process expertise- Ted guided us through the entire process and always answered our questions clearly and thoroughly. Responsiveness- We initially emailed Ted that we were interested in using and he immediately contacted us. Through the whole purchasing process he was always very easy to get a hold of, even responding late in the evenings when we didn't expect a response until the following day.
