We contacted Jaime and he was able to get us a pre approval in less than two days in order for us to submit what felt like a very spontaneous offer. Though we submitted a couple more offers before finding our home, he was always readily available and extremely responsive. Jaime is very knowledgeable about the market and he was always able to clearly answer our questions or get the answers the same day. He kept us informed of the next steps throughout the entire process. We really appreciate his recommendations with regard to submitting the offer, counter offer, inspection reports and other documents as we heavily relied on his input which always felt like he kept our best interests in mind. I had this property that I liked and I have to bid for it since it was priced lower than its market value. Jaime recommended me a fair bidding price based on the comparable properties sold in the area and negotiated for me. During escrow, we had the pressure to close 21 days or less. We made it to close on time ( 17 days) because he coordinated the inspections promptly, communicated well throughout the process and solved the issues in the background while I was focusing to complete the lender requirements. Jaime is capable and fair and I appreciated it.

Jaime was honestly incredibly unprofessional, unpleasant and irresponsible. All he cares about is his commission, bit none if the elements of sound customer service. He responds when he wants to and we literally had to stop working with him because he failed to show up to 2 scheduled appointments without notice. Beware of this guy.
