I'm glad I meet him by checking reviews on Zillow lol. He is a great guy. I can't say anything negative because there isn't anything really. He did what we wanted whenever we wanted it. Also he knows his business really well; we had a quick escrow!!. Everything came out alright with no surprises. He has great contacts in financing too. He answers the calls anytime and explains you the process to the minor details. I already recommended him to my family and friends. I will for sure work with him again. ZillowVERIFIED Scot was a wonderful realtor. As soon as we informed Scot that we were looking for a home, he set us up with a portal that contained all the homes we may be interested in. Scot was patient as we looked at about 25 homes. He made it clear that he was not trying to "sell" us. Instead, he wanted to make sure we purchased a home we were in love with. After looking for almost two months, we found a home we fell in love with. Scot walked us through the entire home buying process and answered any and all questions promptly (and we had a lot of questions!). Scot was able to negotiate a great deal for us under the listing price and even got to sellers to agree to repairs. We have now been in our home for one week and we could not be more thankful for Scot!

ZillowVERIFIED I was selling my Moms house as part of a probate proceeding. After listing the house with a probate realtor specialist who was unable to sell the house in 3 months. I then switched to Scot and he sold the house in 8 days and for $30,000 more! Scot stayed on top of everything throughout the process until Escrow was closed and I had my money. You will not find a better Realtor than Scot Hamm. I am recommending him to my friends and will certainly use him again when I need a Realtor.
