We originally reached out to a different agent in the OC area but we were referred to Darcy, as she specialized in Chino, one of the areas we were looking to purchase. Once communication started with Darcy, she took it upon herself to ensure we had full attention and assistance from her. Darcy immediately started sending homes that were within our budget, within the area/location, and made sure they all met the specification needs we indicated to her. Given that Darcy is a busy agent, she made sure to leave us with someone just as attentive and informative as her, that person being Dale Miller. My husband had become ill and passed away before the horse sold. The home was miles away in lovely Idyllwild, CA. The roads were mostly closed due to the flooding issues. I could not get up there so Darcy was able to coordinate the removal of my personal belongings and furnishings and have charming open houses even in the snow. She got me an offer the day after my husbands celebration of life party in our home. She even came up to help with the memorial party. ZillowVERIFIED I met Darcy when she had open house at neighbor's house. She was so pleasant, professional, personableI and not overly aggressive, which really impressed me. Although I had many realtor friends, and I have been dealing with realtors often, I chose Darcy to represent me as listing agent. They didn't disappoint me as all! She and her team worked very efficiently, always very accommodating, and went above and beyond on everything, including dealing with my difficult tenant, HOA manager, counterpart's lack of experience, and made the house presentable for Open House numerous times, etc. Darcy chose the best Escrow officer to work with, that was really 1st class and everything was so very streamlined (Paperless). Despite all the issues, she was able to close the escrow on time, along with 1031 exchange requirements. Upon closing the escrow, Darcy and her team also helped me so much on completing 1031 with closing the up leg property transaction. It was not an easy journey, her team had to work extra hard and very closely with the listing agent, escrow officer, my loan officer to ensure the terms and conditions are correct at the end of escrow closing. Darcy has offered excellent after-sale service as well. She has not only provided cleaning service as a gift for my new house, her team also worked diligently to list the lease, hosted open house, reviewed applications and prepared the lease agreement..., as her complimentary post-buy service to me. The team has done excellent work for me. Everyone loves Darcy as she's so sweet, cute and mostly very professional and approachable. I would definitely recommend her team for your real estate needs.
