ZillowVERIFIED Darcy was simply phenomenal to work with. I have no words. I just got lucky! After seeing the property, I knew this was going to be my next home. She did everything in her power to make herself familiar with the area, process in JT as well as unique situations to the area. She also made herself available during days she shouldve been with her family including weekends. I am grateful to her for making herself flexible and knowledgeable while continuing to support us through the process. Thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I cannot say enough about how pleased we were with Darcy and Dale! They helped us navigate the process of buying a house in the middle of the pandemic and were fantastic every step of the way. We knew they were busy but they always made us feel like we were their only clients. They kept us motivated when we were frustrated about the market. When my mother passed away suddenly, they went above and beyond their normal duties to take care of the things with the house we were under contract with. They are truly awesome people! We were fortunate we found them and anyone reading this shouldn't hesitate to work with them! We referred them to sell my parent's house, and will continue to refer them to anyone else!!

ZillowVERIFIED We were referred to Darcy and Dale by friends and family, and it's clear why: they are AWESOME! Any questions we had were met with immediate answers. They truly go above and beyond to help out with any question or request and they are ALWAYS on the ball. With the craziness that today's market presents, it's critical to have a good agent on your side and Darcy will not let you down.

ZillowVERIFIED Our family had the best experience listing and selling the home with Darcy Woolman. Her knowledge of the area and current market helped us get the price we wanted in a timely manner, we couldn't be more thankful to her and will be using her again, and referring her to all of our friends and family in the future. If you're looking to buy or sell, I highly recommend Darcy Woolman for all of your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I found Darcy Woolman myself on the internet, and made the best choice I could have possibly made for selling my estate property. Darcy, Dale and Mission title were extremely professional, ethical, detailed, experienced, knowledgeable, patient, and most importantly listened to their client. They staged the vacant property beautifully, and followed through with everything they promised. Mission title went over and above to complete a successful closing, as in my past experience, title/escrow dumps everything on the buyers and sellers to complete.

ZillowVERIFIED We started our home buying process late July/early August. We originally reached out to a different agent in the OC area but we were referred to Darcy, as she specialized in Chino, one of the areas we were looking to purchase. Once communication started with Darcy, she took it upon herself to ensure we had full attention and assistance from her. Darcy immediately started sending homes that were within our budget, within the area/location, and made sure they all met the specification needs we indicated to her. Given that Darcy is a busy agent, she made sure to leave us with someone just as attentive and informative as her, that person being Dale Miller. Both Darcy and Dale worked so well together and really made this process comforting and smooth. Once we were ready to put in offers, Darcy provided us with a reasonable explanation as to what our offers meant and what the home is likely to sell at. She walked us through the process and made sure to have communication on all updates throughout the negotiation process. Once the seller accepted our offer, Darcy was responsive and made sure we understood the next steps and what to expect moving forward. Being that we were first time buyers, Darcy never made us question our decision and she was very detailed when assisting us with any questions on the process. Needless to say, we were both very impressed and happy with Darcy and her team.

ZillowVERIFIED This is the second home Darcy has sold for us. I choose her to do this difficult long distance sale because I knew she could handle quite a few obstacles and get the job done. My husband had become ill and passed away before the horse sold. The home was miles away in lovely Idyllwild, CA. The roads were mostly closed due to the flooding issues. I could not get up there so Darcy was able to coordinate the removal of my personal belongings and furnishings and have charming open houses even in the snow. She got me an offer the day after my husbands celebration of life party in our home. She even came up to help with the memorial party. I'm glad I chose to use her again, She was perfect for my special needs and fully qualified to sell in our beautiful mountain community. I give Darcy an 11 on a scale of 10. I dont know how I would have done this sale without her.

ZillowVERIFIED Darcy and Dale went above and beyond to help my family find a home that suited our needs. They quickly respond to texts and were able to get appointments to view homes around our schedule. They made themselves available to us every single time. They maintained a positive attitude throughout the whole process and even helped us during a very difficult situation involving real estate lawyers, which they took care of completely. They truly care about their clients, pointing out any issues they notice at properties and never try to persuade you but instead offer their professional advice. They were patient with us when we took a break from house hunting and we never felt pressured. I would recommend Darcy and Dale to anyone who is looking for a patient, knowledgeable and personable realtor who is willing to go above and beyond to make your home buying experience as stress-free as possible.

ZillowVERIFIED Darcy is absolutely amazing!! She sold my Moms house years ago and my mom loved her so much she referred my husband and I to her when we decided to buy a home. She really cares about you and will make sure you get what you want! Shes definitely guided and advised us as first time home buyers. We ran into a few snags because of the seller and Darcy went to battle for us handling everything with such professionalism and grace. Even after purchasing our home she continues to follow up and make sure everything that was promised to get done is being done. My family appreciates how hard Darcy worked for us in finding what suited us best because it wasnt easy. We have already recommend Darcy to all of our family and friends and will continue to work with her in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED I can not say enough of the great service I got from the Woolman group. My agent was Dale Miller and I could not have asked for a better realtor. In 2 outings of looking for a house I found the perfect house for my family. After the 1st time out he understood what I was looking for and suggested this house it was perfect. He negotiated and got me in for $30,000 under similar houses in the area. He did such a great job that I have asked him to sell my old house.

ZillowVERIFIED Dale and Darcy were the most amazing agents. We put our house on the market at a very slow time, and they not only managed to sell it and get us a great profit, but did so while working with our hectic work schedules, as well as our divorce. Dale held several open houses and worked above and beyond what he needed. They were both so easy to get a hold of and always made us feel like a priority. We have worked with other agents in the past and we're never given half the attention or hard work that Dale and Darcy gave. I can't wait to use them again and will definitely refer any of my friends and family to them. They went above and beyond our expectations.

ZillowVERIFIED Thanks to Darcy Woolman and her associate, my husband and I are very happy first time home owners! Darcy stepped in to help us when our primary agent was on vacation. Darcy is very knowledgeable, warm, flexible with her availability and patient. Darcy took the time to understand what we were looking for and kept us on track with properties that fit our criteria. Darcy was very responsive to my text messages and phone calls (even the early morning text messages). Darcy consistently went out of her way to make sure we were happy. I sincerely believe any one that is buying or selling a house would be in excellent hands with Darcy Woolman and her associate Armando (who also helped my brother buy his house last year). I teased Darcy and called her the blond version of Wonder Woman. I look forward to sending business her way!
