Dunes Real Estate

If you are looking for a realtor in the Hilton Head area, Billy Kelly is your man! Bill was extremely knowledgable of the local market, and was invaluable in helping us make a decision on the right investment condo to fit our needs. He showed us a range of properties and gave invaluable insights into the market, the pros and cons of different options, and the overall purchasing process. Bill was with us every step of the way. We couldn't reccommend him more highly - wish we could give more than 5 stars!

Bill helped me find the right home for my son and me, offering valuable advice about the different communities in the area and accompanying me on countless home tours. I was truly impressed by how quickly and efficiently he managed to organize visits to more than 40 properties I had selected. I couldn't recommend him more highly!

Bill was awesome, after working with us for two years he found the perfect house. I didn`t know it at the time so I kept him searching for the perfect house. Finally my husband said make an offer on the house Bill sent a video of and they took it. It is the perfect home for us. We couldn`t be happier. Best realtor we have ever had!!!!

5 Stars is not enough Stars to give. We have been looking for sevetal months to find the right house in Sin City HH that checked all the boxes. Bill has gone above and beyond to help us find the right property. We finally found that property. There were many items on the inspection that needed to be fixed and Bill was right there through it all, step by step of each repair. We live in Arizona and being there during all the repairs and followup was not an option for us. Bill made absolutely sure that out best interests were the top priority and that everything was handled professionally by reputable contractors. Every followup inspection Bill spent in his extremely limited time to make sure everything was completed. 5000 STARS would not even scratch the surface and there are not enough Thank You to express our appreciation and gratitude.

Working with Bill Kelly was perfect! We were definitely not experts at this process. He made our venture a great experience. He was patient, knowledgeable, communicative, and followed up in a timely manner. The closing is finalized, but he still is active and willing to check on the house until we move in. I highly recommend Bill !!!
