ZillowVERIFIED 5 Stars is not enough Stars to give. We have been looking for sevetal months to find the right house in Sin City HH that checked all the boxes. Bill has gone above and beyond to help us find the right property. We finally found that property. There were many items on the inspection that needed to be fixed and Bill was right there through it all, step by step of each repair. We live in Arizona and being there during all the repairs and followup was not an option for us. Bill made absolutely sure that out best interests were the top priority and that everything was handled professionally by reputable contractors. Every followup inspection Bill spent in his extremely limited time to make sure everything was completed. 5000 STARS would not even scratch the surface and there are not enough Thank You to express our appreciation and gratitude.

We came back again in 2022 looking, and purchased a lot in Moss Creek to build on. It was the right location, with the kind of neighbors and community we wanted to retire to. Unfortunately due to a turn of personal events, we ended up selling the lot in May 2024. Bill worked through the whole process and did a great job. I have no doubt that should our circumstances change again, well be back.. and will purchase through Bill again :)
