About Bill Kelly
Voted Best of Bluffton Realtor in 3 years in a row! Born and raised outside of Syracuse, New York, Bill grew up in the custom home business. As soon as he could walk he was pushing a broom around construction sites watching quality homes being built from the ground up. As a full-time Realtor Bills entire focus is on his clients' needs. He's very proud of the fact that the majority of his business, year after year, comes from referrals from his past clients. After college, and a longer than anticipated stint of living, working and playing in Vail, Colorado, Bill made the move to Hilton Head Island, SC. After 15 years in the Lowcountry he has yet to miss the snow and ice once. Bill's wife, Wendy, works for Sea Pines Country Club on the Island and they have a son, Jack, who was born in June of 2013.
