Continental Properties Inc

Michelle and her team are fantastic at their job. We have sold and purchased multiple properties with them. They make things so seamless and stress free. We couldn't ask for a better realtor!

Michelle and Jason were excellent. I received regular updates, options, and was made to feel supported throughout the process. As a first time home buyer, it was very important that I felt supported and not pressured. Michelle and Jason were ALWAYS available to answer my questions, no matter how complicated or seemingly remedial my questions were, I was helped with a comforting smile. They came highly referred from a personal friend, and I'm grateful to have had them in my corner throughout this stressful process.

Michelle is absolutely amazing, thats first and foremost. I cant say enough wonderful things about her and the incredible experience I had! Moving to a completely new state can be overwhelming, but she made the entire process feel so comfortable from beginning to end. She was extremely knowledgeable about the Florida housing etc. and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Her expertise, professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail truly stood out. Whenever I had a question or concern, she was always there with an answer and guided me through every step of the way. She went above and beyond and made what could have been a very stressful transition such a positive experience. If youre looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about her clients, knows her market, and will go the extra mile for you, I highly recommend her. I'm incredibly grateful for everything she did to help make my move from New York to Florida such a success! Thank you Michelle!!!

Michelle Zwart and her team made selling our house this summer a smooth experience. She stayed ahead of every surprise that came up during the process and always had a clear recommendation for how to handle it. Beyond the sale itself, Michelle has been a trusted resource for our family on all things real estate. We couldn't have asked for better guidance and highly recommend her and her team to anyone buying or selling a home!

Michelle did an awesome job helping us with the purchase of our condo. Since we were from out of town, her knowledge of the area was very helpful. She found exactly what we were looking for in our price range. We highly recommend her.
