Managing the property while living out of state was difficult so Michelle willingly coordinated repairs and updates in between tenants and was able to quickly find quality tenants on multiple occasions. Recently Michelle managed the home preparation to sell. This included providing expert advice on colors, fixtures and updates as well as recommending and interfacing with the contractor. She didn't tell us how to take care of the problem; she took care of the problem. Even two weeks after we closed we encountered a situation that Michelle resolved. We were moving from out of state and knew nothing of the area we planned to move. Michelle gave us great advice that we followed during our house search. When we planned to come to Florida to look for a home, we were worried that the houses we wanted would sell quickly and we would not be competitive with our offers. We expressed our concern to Michelle and she put us in contact with Dan Sampson. Dan told us how we could access our assets to make a cash offer on a house. That is how we were able to buy the house we wanted. Our new home needed a new roof. Since we were out of state, Michelle contacted local companies who gave us estimates we were happy with. She took care of everything to complete the sale of the home since we were in another state. Michelle is a hard working realtor who puts her clients first. She was always available and responsive.
