We feel fortunate to have worked with David in finding our house. We had moved from out of state so did not know the market well. David knew the market and neighborhoods very well and had very good recommendations after he interviewed us and understood our needs. I felt that he was very honest in his opinions and feedback regarding houses and the pricing of houses. He is a good sounding board and is up-to-date with his knowledge of the market. He was very responsive and helpful. The closing process went on smoothly. There were five strong bids including ours and he helped us during the closing day itself in active negotiations with the sellers. One thing we appreciate is that weeks after we've closed. He still follows up on us to make sure we're settled in, and is still very responsive as we get to learn more about our house and new neighborhood. To sum up, what I appreciate most about David is his honesty with his opinions when we seek it, and his responsiveness.

Sarah is exceptional! Sarah and the David Marks Team went above and beyond in their efforts for finding us our perfect home in Seattle. My family and I had a challenging task for Sarah - we had never been to Seattle and yet were trying to buy a house in a very short time frame. Sarah and the team were more than up to the challenge and completely exceeded expectations! Sarah toured us around the city for days, showing us the intricacies of each neighbourhood. She has lived and worked in the Seattle area for many years and is very knowledgable of local sights and the most appealing streets for real estate. Most importantly, Sarah is incredibly honest, professional and reliable. She always gave us insightful feedback on each house and never tried to convince us to buy or offer on a place that was not up to our standards. When we were unable to look for houses on certain days, she even went and visited houses for us and provided a detailed run down, essentially streamlining the process. Spending time with Sarah looking at houses was also great fun! She is so friendly and warm - we felt instantly comfortable with her and the communication between us was excellent. The effort Sarah put in over the weeks of searching with us meant that we were prepared to put in an offer right when we saw our home. We are so happy to have found our perfect house (and at the right price!), all thanks to Sarah and David! Overall, we would recommend Sarah without hesitation!
