Kimberly and Barb, her assistant, were absolutely the most dedicated real estate professionals I've ever known, AND we've moved 7 times, so I know! My husband and I were moving across country this time, so there was a lot involved in attention, timing, negotiating, and yes, hand-holding. She was knowledgeable, wise, and always had our backs. We immediately had multiple offers and a final price of thousands above listing price. The results spoke for themselves: our beloved home was sold in just 6 days to the best buyer. Kimberly Schmidt was the easily the best realtor I've worked with. From start to finish she was extremely knowledgeable of the area. It was obvious she did her research on the condo I purchased prior to me making an offer. Details like HOA fees/reserves to property assessment analysis to parking rules. She had answers to all my questions and was in constant communication with me and the seller's realtor. You can tell she has great relationships with other realtors. Before we started looking at places she came prepared with her own questions to get to know me and my needs. I wouldn't think twice about recommending her to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

George is not only an incredible realtor, he is an amazing person as well. He helped us find our dream home and for that we are forever grateful. He took us under his wing from day one, and shared his plethora of knowledge on everything revolving around purchasing a home.
