This man truly went above and beyond throughout my entire home-buying journey. I was dealing with a difficult transition, relocating from Texas to California with a lot of tight timelines and unexpected challenges. Despite that, he never missed a beat. While I was still in Texas, he stepped in and helped coordinate post-tenant inspections on the property in California, something that wasnt even part of his core responsibilities. Time and time again, he took on issues that werent his to solve and handled them without hesitation. He was always available, always responsive, and always had a solutionaEUR"whether it was connecting me with a property manager, arranging maintenance help, or simply guiding me through the next step. I always felt like he had my back. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does and cares deeply about the people he works with.
