I am really thankful to have hired Kimberly. Shes the type of realtor to get things done, she was consistently honest and forthright, communicated continuously, and most importantly she got our house sold for a good price in a precarious market. I was really appreciative of how she handled set backs with our sale. She went the extra mile on several occasions and demonstrated excellent professional intuition. We specifically were selling a house on a canyon, after the LA fires of all times, and during Californias ongoing issues with insurance. She found several policy options for our buyers which I was so grateful for because we could have been stuck in limbo for months. With Kimberly we were given access to concierge capital through compass realty (theyll give you a line of credit to do repairs and improvements) and that ended up being great. Her team and the escrow team were also great, the process was streamlined and communication was happening throughout. 10/10 would hire again.
