Compass Philadelphia

I have worked with Jim on multiple transactions and he always goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly! He has helped with several sticky situations and he has always impressed me with his professionalism and ability to get deals closed.

I could not recommend Carla more highly enough! I first heard about Carla through a friend who was looking to rent a place in Philly and Carla was very responsive and helpful to her even though my friend didnt end up renting a place from Carla. A year before I officially engaged Carla to help me sell my house, she was already so helpful and went above and beyond to help me navigate a very challenging tenant situation. It was the most stressful experience I ever encountered but thanks to Carlas practical help and encouragement I knew there is a light at the end of the tunnel. After many months of a painful legal process, I finally got possession of my house and can proceed with the house renovation and sale. Carla was instrumental during this part of the process; she connected me with her trusted contractors to renovate the house and put it on the market as soon as possible. I am so grateful for Carlas support and couldnt have made it without her. She is reliable, trustworthy, and caring. Despite a difficult experience, I'm so glad to know and work with Carla, who is more like an older sister than a realtor to me. I have no doubt Carla is one of the very few best realtors who genuinely care about and want to help people.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Jim when my wife and I were looking for our home. After explaining to Jim where we wanted to move to and what we were looking for in a home, Jim immediately got to work on our behalf. Jim clearly paid close attention to everything we desired in a home, because the first home he showed us met all of our expectations. Jim then completely blew us away by showing us a few more homes, each better than the previous. Eight years later, we're still in the home Jim found for us, and we can't thank Jim enough for helping us find the home we've raised our family in. Whenever it's time to move again, Jim will be the only person I will be calling to help make the transition to a new home!

Jim was excellent to work with - he made our home buying process really easy for first-time home buyers. We would recommend working with Jim if looking in the Philadelphia suburbs!

Jim was incredibly helpful during my first home buying experience. Knowledgeable, adept, and savvy are words I'd use to describe his approach and process. He presented me with a number of great options and when I found a place to my liking in South Philly, he was on it immediately and was able to chart forward the best possible course to my ultimately closing on it, communicating with the sellers and their realtor effectively and setting up the right deal to get it done.
