We were honest that we were probably 6-9 months away from purchasing a home. She listened carefully to what "we wanted" and the specifics of our needs. We decided to casually keep an eye on the market. A few weeks later the perfect house came on the market and we decided to move much faster than we planned. She was exceptional every step of the way and our purchase was a little more complicated than most. The seller was both the original owner and a relocation company which required us to sort of negotiate with both. She navigated the process with expertise. It was clear that she worked for us and always was thinking about our best interests. It was different than any of our other sales or purchases. She was not afraid to negotiate and she was not afraid to have us walk away if the deal wasn't right. We cannot recommend her highly enough.
