ZillowVERIFIEDJim pressured us to put in an offer way above list price when it was totally unnecessary. When we did a final walkthrough we were able to self negotiate a lower price with the owner. Jim also recommended to purchase this home along with many others without an inspection and that has turned out to be a nightmare. Dont be like me, get an inspection and dont trust Jim. He comes across as nice but as most, only cares about your $.

Through a LOT of trial and error (renting vs buying, starter vs more forever type homes) we landed on buying a place that we could see ourselves growing into. Jim spent a lot of his time educating us on what to look for in a home and was very patient in explaining the process to us first time homebuyers. He was very responsive through email, text, and calling no matter the time. He encouraged us to look at MANY homes-a lot of them he was physically present for as well. And if he was unable to be there, he set us up with someone on his team who was also very patient, thoughtful, and kind- as WELL as following up with us himself afterwards through call or text to get our thoughts. ZillowVERIFIED Jim worked patiently with us as we navigated through the decision process to determine the type of property that would meet our needs. We felt comfortable asking Jim to show us several different properties without feeling pressured to make a decision. A benefit to us was his company's website which allowed us to see pictures of a property that had not yet been placed on the market. As a result, we were able to make our interest in the property known early in the search process. Although it took several months for the seller to make a decision to put the property on the market, we were able to see the property almost immediately after the property was available for sale. The preview of the property on the website and the opportunity to visit the property quickly once it came on the market ultimately culminated into a purchase agreement.
