I do not do reviews much, however moving to the Philly burbs with little to no knowledge of the market (other than it being ultra competitive), I was prepared to pay at ask or over for an almost move-in ready home. Colt was highly recommended from a cousin who lives in the Philly suburbs and he responded to texts and phone calls on holidays, weekends and and always gave me his "what I would do" recommendations. I had a realtor in the past who was not as on top of the market or aggressive as Colt. He had way more experience and knowledge than my other realtor and I always felt he was on my side at all times.Being a single, first time home buyer was not only stressful but everything moves so quickly and the process can be somewhat convoluted and overwhelming. Colt was able to explain any questions I had in dumb-down terms and made the pressure seem not as intense. I was under contract on December, 8th 2017 with 3 other offers on my home and closed in 30 days!!!Thank you again! I highly recommend for buying or selling your home!
