I was referred to Nicole through a trusted family realtor Stephanie Young (who is also awesome), and as Stephanie aptly said, this market "Has Teeth." We found that to be absolutely the case, and we needed a realtor who was going to work for us and be aggressive enough to get us in the home we wanted. We were moving to Pennsylvania from California and doing this process entirely remotely, sight-unseen. After searching high and low and constant nights laying in bed with my wife, scrolling through Zillow earmarking homes we'd like, and having put out 6 offers all above asking and offers not getting accepted, we were starting to feel dismayed. Stephanie then introduced us to Nicole, and we could not have been happier to work with her -- after two weeks of getting to work, she got us into our DREAM home, not only under asking, but we kept all of our contingencies. Nicole -- you're a business tough agent who works in the trenches but engages your clients with a soft touch. Your communication through this entire process was amazing and transparent (which is necessary when we're across the country -- as I write this, I've never actually 'met' Nicole in person) and we felt your willingness to create a great experience for us to understand what our needs/wants are and to be insightful enough of the market to proactively introduce us to new insights we would not have otherwise considered, and opportunities that made getting into our forever home a reality. ZillowVERIFIED After interviewing four real estate agents to manage an estate sale of a dated property located in 50+ community (Hershey Mill), the executor and heirs selected Nicole due to her engaged, knowledgeable and team-oriented process. She and her team have more than exceeded our hopes and expectations, specifically they: i) brought two contractors in to the property to estimate repairs, and provided us with a "buffet-style" list of items, from which we selected the approved repairs; ii) managed the selected contractor and, when we decided to add new repairs, managed these as well; iii) pre-paid the initial repairs - part of Compass' Concierge service - and managed the additional invoice for us; iv) pre-marketed the property to potential buyers, which increased the 'buzz' around the sale, an important component particularly during the late year holiday season; v) calmed and negotiated relations between executor and heirs, particularly as interest was low during the mid-winter holiday season; vi) engaged the buyers, buyers agent, settlement agent, executor's POA and executor in all parts of the sales process; and vii) completed the process flawlessly. I highly recommend Nicole and her team for sellers who live close and at a distance - it has been a flawless, positive process.

I refer her to anybody I know who is buying or selling. one friend, in particular, couldn't get her house sold because it was a bit unusually laid out. Her realtor wanted her to drop the price and change some things around and it was going to cost a lot. Her listing expired and she signed Nicole. Nicole was able to sell het house in 2 weeks for the original asking price because she knew how to market the property. She and her team are amazing. You would be a fool not to use het. She fights for you at every step of the way.
