Their deep understanding of the local market helped us sell our home during a difficult market. Brian was always available to answer our questions questions and kept us informed every step of the way. They went above and beyond in the marketing of our home from a variety of marketing strategiesaEUR"pamphlets, mailers, online website, email blasts, broker events, etc. They hired a photographer who came multiple times of the day to get the best lighting and a videographer for out of town possible buyers. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable real estate team!

She wasnt available to accommodate different buyers who wanted showings and wasnt honest with me about having someone who wanted my furniture for free and that the rest would go to a charity, after I explained that I had no way to get rid of it. This caused a delay in my closing because the buyers complained that there was junk left on the property. Aubreigh then had the audacity to go to my attorney and ask him to get her the $450 to have it hauled away. I would never recommend her services.

We were looking for a bigger home and we did not know who we could first of all trust, and secondly we did not have a recommend Realtor. So I began my search and found Aubreigh. Let me just say after my first conversation with her I felt like I was speaking with a friend that Ive known for years! She recommended a mortgage broker who was also looking for our best interest. Unfortunately, we were not able to purchase a home, and in any other situation (speaking from experience when we bought our home in 2005) She could have simply walked away, however, not Aubreigh and her husband Steven pivoted and began a new endeavor in helping us find a rental property. Especially since we were in a situation where we needed to be out of our current apartment.That being said she was available, she was patient, she didnt just look for an out she sincerely cared and wanted to help us find a place that we could call home. Her commitment, communication and support throughout the entire process was outstanding. Aubreigh was amazing through the entire process of buying our first home from start to finish.
