ZillowVERIFIEDShe wasnt available to accommodate different buyers who wanted showings and wasnt honest with me about having someone who wanted my furniture for free and that the rest would go to a charity, after I explained that I had no way to get rid of it. This caused a delay in my closing because the buyers complained that there was junk left on the property. Aubreigh then had the audacity to go to my attorney and ask him to get her the $450 to have it hauled away. I would never recommend her services.
ZillowVERIFIEDAubreigh was amazing through the entire process of buying our first home from start to finish. She was always available for questions and open to explaining everything we were concerned about in a way that made us feel comfortable. She even gave us recommendations on contractors and people she has worked with previously for all the renovations we have in mind. Can't thank her enough!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe were looking for a bigger home and we did not know who we could first of all trust, and secondly we did not have a recommend Realtor. So I began my search and found Aubreigh. Let me just say after my first conversation with her I felt like I was speaking with a friend that Ive known for years! She recommended a mortgage broker who was also looking for our best interest. Unfortunately, we were not able to purchase a home, and in any other situation (speaking from experience when we bought our home in 2005) She could have simply walked away, however, not Aubreigh and her husband Steven pivoted and began a new endeavor in helping us find a rental property. Especially since we were in a situation where we needed to be out of our current apartment. That being said she was available, she was patient, she didnt just look for an out she sincerely cared and wanted to help us find a place that we could call home. Her commitment, communication and support throughout the entire process was outstanding. She did help us find a we home and we are excited about our next chapter. For anyone looking for honesty and integrity which is rare these days, we implicitly suggest reaching out to Aubreigh and her team
ZillowVERIFIEDAubreigh and her team are amazing! I am a real estate attorney and have worked with many, many realtors both in a professional and personal capacity so I can say with confidence that this team is leagues above the rest. Aubreigh has a system in place to be sure every buyer and seller is well taken care of regardless of the price range of their search. She is proactive with finding new listings, scheduling appointments immediately (which is imperative in the current South Florida market), showing up professionally dressed and on time, is ready to ask important questions and negotiate a deal. Communication is key and that is one of Aubreigh's strengths. If you need someone in your corner showing you the way and advising you every step of the way, then the Aubreigh Hutchison team should be your next call.
ZillowVERIFIEDAubreigh was referred to us by a friend who used Her as their realtor in South Florida. They were very pleased with the service, attention and care Aubreigh gave them. Based on that we went with Aubreigh to help us rent our apartment out during the high season months as we lived full time in NY. She did an excellent job advertising and promoting our apartment. As a result she found us wonderful tenants who continued to come back for several years. We then sold our apartment and bought a new one. It was a very complicated sale. Aubreigh handled the negotiations, legal issues within her expertise and held our hands through a roller coaster sale and purchase. We were extremely impressed with the care, knowledge and experience Aubreigh brought to the process. The sale/purchase went through after overcoming many obstacles thanks to Aubreigh. She is one in a million both professionally and personally.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe chose Aubreigh as our realtor because our son highly recommended her and we are so happy we did. She handled the sale of my mothers property in a very efficient manor, always keeping us updated and walked us thru every step. We will definitely use her again when the need arises and will recommend her to family and friends.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe were expertly guided through three home-buying transactions with Aubreigh Hutchison. Each time she displayed the experience and expertise expected of a professional realtor. Aubreigh kept us informed of the large and small details of our property purchases well ahead of the 'due dates' so we always knew what to expect while moving forward to close the sales. We look forward to working with Aubreigh in the future!
ZillowVERIFIEDAubreigh is a wonderful real estate agent. She helped us find rentals for 3 years and then found a new dream home we purchased last year. She listened to all our requirements and navigated the real estate market until she brought us to the perfect home. We highly recommend that if you are looking to rent or purchase you contact Aubreigh. She will get you exactly what you want.
ZillowVERIFIEDAubreigh has that rare combination of energy, personality, market knowledgeand people skills. She is responsive, she listens and follows up on very detail. I work in real estate in NYC. I would hire Aubreigh in a heartbeat. I recommend her very highly..
ZillowVERIFIEDAubreigh is *outstanding*. She has great knowledge of the local market, and she gave us excellent advice about how to price my father's villa in order to generate interest and to get a great offer price. Her customer service skills are amazing. She always answered my questions very quickly, and when she needed answers from other people, she also followed up diligently. She brought with her a team of outstanding tradespeople (painter, handyman, plumber, etc.) who made sure that any issues were resolved *before* the inspection, so that we sailed through the selling process. She often asked how she could help, and she followed through with concrete actions, making sure that the property was in top condition to look attractive to prospective buyers. She is truly is the best.
