Scott Gerow began his career in luxury real estate in New York City over 20 years ago. During his time managing exclusive estates for high-profile clients, he became involved in representing owners and assisting in a smooth buying or selling transition. Since relocating to Florida, Scott has worked with clients from Boca Raton to Miami Beach. Scott's integrity and attention to detail are remarkable as evidenced by his constant availability to his clients and immediate response to their needs. This level of service has helped Scott garner numerous industry awards. Since 2017 Scott has had tremendous success in representing clients buying and selling in the exclusive St. Regis Bal Harbour Residences, assisting in over $40M in transactions in that building alone. In 2018, Scott became a Sales Executive for the highly anticipated ALINA Residences luxury development in downtown Boca Raton. His market knowledge, attention to detail, and design experience made him the perfect fit for this luxurious pre-development project. In 2020, Scott and his team opened their new office in the renowned shops of Royal Palm Place. From this elegant store-front office in the heart of Downtown Boca Raton, Scott and the team continue to focus on luxury residential and pre-development sales. Scott is married with two amazing children and has called South Florida his home for 15 years.
