Ginny and her team did a great job helping us find a house that met our needs at a fair price! She was very responsive and knowledgeable about the process and the western suburbs. Her team member, Cathy, did a great job showing houses and discussing the pros and cons of each.

Ginny did an excellent job selling our home in a competitive market. We received our asking price, but the most helpful thing she did was explain what we should and should not update/repair before listing the house. She probably saved us 10k right off the bat. She was very straight to the point all the way through the process, so we did not feel like we were being "managed".
