We met Ginny when we were moving to the Chicago suburbs from Seattle. We knew we needed someone who really knew the area well, as we were unfamiliar with the different suburbs and werent sure where we wanted to buy. Ginny fit the bill perfectly. She knows so much about Chicagoland and helped us find the perfect house in a really wonderful town. She always kept in touch and kept us going when we were getting frustrated with the search. Beyond being a good agent, shes an all-around great person. Our car was towed from our temporary apartment, threatening to ruin a full day of scheduled viewings, but Ginny saved the day. She helped us get our car back, and then rescheduled our viewings to salvage what we could of our day. We found our dream home that afternoon. We highly recommend Ginny Leamy.

We were fortunate enough to have Gana recommended to us by close friends. Gana, as a realtor, is an outlier. His breadth of knowledge about homes is outstanding. Our first few days of showings was spent as teacher and students... he took us to multiple homes educating us on various types of homes, differences in location, more of the 200/300 level info. After spending these few days picking his brain and him picking ours to help narrow down our needs / wants, we were gratified in selecting Gana as our realtor. Eventually, after about 11 months of working with Gana, we found our home! We spent almost EVERY weekend looking at homes. Gana spent almost EVERY weekend showing us homes! Throughout this time, we never felt any pressure from Gana, he never pushed us to change our minds on any of our needs/wants. Gana, was never tired of us (I am picky). Every call or text with Gana was met with great enthusiasm as if it were our first day of showing. We found our home and now are preparing to sell our previous home. We know who will be helping us sell it.
