ZillowVERIFIEDCathy is literally the best. Any time there's a question, or a concern, she's there. Her knowledge of the local area (Leyden Township) was priceless in helping me find what I was looking for, and helping me understand what I did and didn't want in a home. She's also an all around great person, who genuinely cares about you, your family, and your new home. I never once felt pressured or steered into something I wasn't comfortable with, and that's pretty rare today. If you want a great experience buying or selling, I'm not sure why you'd go with anyone else!

ZillowVERIFIED Cathy was such a pleasure to work with. From the start of the home search, we never felt pressured in any way. She responded to e-mails/texts within MINUTES throughout the whole process. She was readily available to show houses we were interested in during times that fit OUR schedule. There was never a question we had that she didn't have an answer to. Our family will never buy a house without her by our side. Thank you, Cathy!

ZillowVERIFIED Cathy Cundiff has been very instrumental in my search for home(s) over several years now. The most recent purchase I was involved in, just closed earlier this month. In a hot market, Cathy has the pulse of every aspect of the process and is an expert in several areas of the Chicagoland suburbs. She has always been an absolute pleasure to work with and goes above and beyond of what you'd expect in an agent. Cathy is a very diligent professional and knows her way through the confusing and often times challenging real-estate market. She has always come through 110% for every purchase I've ever worked her on. There is no challenge that stands in her way. I absolutely, without a doubt, highly recommend Cathy Cundiff, an excellent real-estate broker associate from Compass Real-Estate!

ZillowVERIFIED Cathy is the best realtor around!!! She is very informative and knowledgeable. Whenever I had a 'silly' question or concern, she was able to answer and reassure me. I've used Cathy in the past to purchase my first home and most recently she sold that home in 3 days!!! We even got an offer higher that we were expecting!! I would never use anyone other than Cathy Cundiff for my home buying and selling needs!!
